This place is in a prime location, very close to the airport and in the center of the city. The convenience of being near the airport made our travel so much easier. The hotel offers a range of quality services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We were also impressed with the staff's willingness to accommodate our special requests, especially when it came to the delicious food prepared by the chef. The beds were of good quality, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

The experience during my stay was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, who seem to lack basic customer service skills. there was no hot water facility, and upon asking for it, the bucket provided was disgustingly filthy.

Spent Christmas holidays with my family at this hotel and it was a great experience. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the delicious food offered by the restaurant and the gym facilities were top-notch. Another advantage was the beautiful 30000 sq. ft. lawn where my kids could play and we could take relaxing strolls.

Although the hotel was overall great, there were a couple of issues. the Wi-Fi was slow and the front desk staff was not very professional or helpful.
